Frequently Asked Questions

I'm running ads for a launch. Can I use Facebook Ads SOS for help with this?

Yes, but you'll want to purchase multiple hours so that we can evaluate your ads together a few different times. We won't have a lot of time for campaign building on the calls. (The hour goes surprisingly quickly!) But we can talk strategy beforehand and and look at campaigns that are already built and running. However, this isn't something a beginner should try to do.

I can't get my Instagram account connected to my Facebook ad account. Can you help with this?

Maybe! Issues like this are sometimes super easy to fix. And sometimes they are complicated and take a lot of time. I do promise to do the very best I can to help you accomplish your goals.

I've never run ads before. Can you help me get my first campaign set up?

It takes longer than an hour to get ads up for the first time. So if you are just getting started, you'll need to buy a bundle of hours.
